Services Breakdown - Our Inclusions

Our General pest control covers treatment for cockroaches (excluding German cockroaches), silverfish and spiders; internally and externally with 12 months warranty.

Our Premium Pest Control Treatment consists of:

INTERNAL areas -

DUSTING of roof space/void, obvious cracks and crevices, behind and around dishwasher, fridge and anything that can not be sprayed (air con/ photos on walls for example)
SPRAYING of all skirting boards behind doors and spot spraying ceiling corners.
GELS in cupboards when required.

EXTERNAL areas -

DUSTING of weep holes, and air conditioning ducting etc.
SPRAYING from gutters / eaves down around the windows and along the ground against the house (avoiding spray on windows as much as possible), outbuildings, sheds, external garages, fences, gardens, paths and the letter letterbox.

We allow 1-1.5 hours for this treatment to be conducted due to being so through and comprehensive and is dependent on the size of the home being treated. Prices for our Premium Pest Control start at $269 for a standard 3 bedroom high-set or a 4 bedroom low-set standard size home.

If you would like to add a termite inspection to this service you have 2 options - to have the standard inspection or add our termite detection dogs in the combo saving $100 when combining either of the services.
